To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Accounts > Backup and reset > Factory data reset. Tap on 'Reset device' and then select 'Erase everything' to confirm.
First, ensure the charger and cable are functioning by testing them with another device. Clean the charging port for any debris and try a different power outlet. If the problem persists, consider replacing the battery or checking for software updates.
Reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use, and enable power saving mode. Check battery usage in Settings to identify and manage apps consuming excessive power.
Turn off the phone, then press and hold the Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons simultaneously. Release them when the Samsung logo appears. Use the Volume buttons to navigate to 'wipe cache partition' and confirm with the Power button.
Clear app cache and data, ensure the device software is up-to-date, and uninstall unused apps. A factory reset can also help if the device remains slow.
Go to Settings > About phone, then tap 'Build number' seven times until a message says Developer Options have been enabled. Access them from the main settings menu.
Remove and reinsert the battery, attempt a different charger, and try booting into recovery mode by pressing Volume Up, Home, and Power buttons. If unsuccessful, it may require professional repair.
Press and hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery under the Screenshots folder.
Go to Settings > More > About device > Software update > Update. If an update is available, follow the prompts to download and install it.
Check the volume settings, ensure the device is not in silent mode, and test the speaker with other audio. If issues persist, restart the device or perform a factory reset as a last resort.
