To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, and close background apps. You can also enable Power Saving Mode from Settings > Device maintenance > Battery.
Free up storage by deleting unused apps, clearing app caches, and moving files to an external SD card. Go to Settings > Device maintenance > Storage to manage your space.
To take a screenshot on your Samsung Galaxy J3, press and hold the Power and Home buttons simultaneously until the screen flashes. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app.
If your Galaxy J3 is running slow, try restarting the device, clearing app caches, and uninstalling unused apps. Consider performing a factory reset if the issue persists.
To update the software, go to Settings > About phone > Software updates > Check for updates. Follow the prompts to download and install any available updates.
To set up a Wi-Fi connection, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and toggle the switch to On. Select your network from the list and enter the password if required.
Use Samsung Smart Switch to transfer data from your old phone. Download the app, install it on both devices, and follow the on-screen instructions to transfer your data wirelessly or via a cable.
If the screen is unresponsive, perform a soft reset by holding down the Power and Volume Down buttons for about 10 seconds. If the issue persists, consider a factory reset or contact Samsung support.
