To update the software, go to Menu > Support > Software Update. Select 'Update Now' to check for and install the latest software version. Ensure your TV is connected to the internet.
Check if the TV is muted or the volume is too low. Ensure that external devices are properly connected and operational. Go to Menu > Sound > Speaker Settings to verify sound settings.
To reset the TV, go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. Enter your PIN (default is 0000) and confirm the reset. This will erase all settings and return the TV to its original state.

You can connect external speakers via the TV's audio out ports. Use an appropriate cable to connect the speakers and configure the sound settings through Menu > Sound > Speaker Settings.
Check if the HDMI cable is securely connected and in good condition. Try using a different HDMI port or cable. Go to Menu > Source List and ensure the correct source is selected.
Turn off and unplug the TV. Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the screen. Avoid using chemicals or water directly on the screen.
Go to Menu > Broadcasting > Program Rating Lock Settings. Enter your PIN (default is 0000), select the content types you wish to block, and save your settings.
