To connect your Samsung B361 Series TV to Wi-Fi, go to Menu > Network > Network Settings and select your Wi-Fi network from the list. Enter the password if prompted.
Ensure the TV is plugged into a working power outlet. Check the power cable and remote batteries. If the problem persists, perform a power reset by unplugging the TV for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
To update the firmware, go to Menu > Support > Software Update > Update Now. Ensure your TV is connected to the internet to download the latest firmware.
Check the resolution settings by going to Menu > Picture > Picture Size Settings. Also, inspect the HDMI or AV cables for any damage and ensure they are securely connected.
To factory reset your TV, go to Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. You will need to enter the PIN (default is 0000) to proceed with the reset.
Check if the TV is muted or if the volume is set too low. Also, go to Menu > Sound > Speaker Settings to ensure the correct audio output is selected.
To enable subtitles, press the Menu button, then go to Broadcasting > Caption Settings, and turn on the captions.
Replace the batteries in the remote and ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the TV. If it still doesn’t work, try resetting the remote or pairing it again with the TV.
Connect external speakers via the Optical Audio Out or HDMI ARC port. Go to Menu > Sound > Speaker Settings to configure the output settings.
Press the Source button on your remote and select the desired input source from the list displayed on the screen.
