To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Change PC settings > Update and recovery > Recovery. Under 'Remove everything and reinstall Windows', click 'Get started'. Follow the prompts to complete the reset.
Ensure the power adapter is connected properly and check for any damage to the cable. Try using a different power outlet. If the issue persists, the battery or adapter may need replacement.
Reduce screen brightness, close unused applications, disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not needed, and use the battery saver mode available in the settings.
Check for malware using antivirus software, remove unnecessary startup programs, increase RAM if possible, and ensure your hard drive is not full.
Click on the network icon in the taskbar, select your desired Wi-Fi network, and enter the password if prompted.
Check if the touchpad is disabled using the function keys (often Fn + F5). Update the touchpad drivers through Device Manager or Samsung Update.
