To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your choice and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your tablet.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for any damage. Try using a different charger. Ensure the charging port is clean and free from debris. If the issue persists, consider a battery health check or professional repair assistance.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, close unused apps running in the background, turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use, and enable battery saver mode.
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, toggle Wi-Fi on, and select your desired network from the list. Enter the password if required and tap Connect.
Clear cache by going to Settings > Storage > Cached data and clear it. Uninstall unused apps, and consider restarting your device. Also, ensure the tablet's software is up to date.
To update the software, go to Settings > About tablet > System updates. Tap Check for updates and follow the instructions if an update is available.
