To connect to a Wi-Fi network, click on the network icon in the system tray, select the desired network from the list, and enter the network password if prompted.
First, ensure the battery is charged or the laptop is plugged in. If it still won't turn on, try a hard reset by removing the battery and power cable, holding the power button for 10-15 seconds, then reconnecting the power.
To improve battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary background applications, use battery saver mode, and ensure the system and drivers are updated.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Under 'Reset this PC', click 'Get started' and follow the on-screen instructions to reset the laptop.
Visit the Lenovo Support website, enter your model number, and download the latest drivers. Alternatively, use the Lenovo Vantage app to automatically update drivers.
Ensure the laptop is on a hard, flat surface to allow proper ventilation. Clean the air vents with compressed air and check for any software updates that might improve system performance.
Power off the laptop and remove the battery. Unscrew the bottom panel, locate the RAM slots, and carefully insert compatible RAM modules, ensuring they click into place.
Use a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen-specific cleaner. Gently wipe the screen in circular motions to avoid streaks.
Check if the sound is muted or if the volume is too low. Update audio drivers via Device Manager, and ensure the correct audio output device is selected.
You can use cloud storage services or external drives for backups. Windows also offers a built-in backup feature under Settings > Update & Security > Backup.
