To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm the reset process and the tablet will reboot to restore factory settings.
First, ensure the tablet is charged by connecting it to a power source. If it still doesn't turn on, try holding the power button for at least 10 seconds to force a reboot.
To extend battery life, lower the screen brightness, disable unused connectivity features like Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, and close unnecessary background apps.
Go to Settings > About tablet > System updates. Tap on Check for updates and follow the instructions to download and install any available updates.
Try restarting the tablet by holding the power button. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset after backing up your data.
Delete unused apps, clear app cache, move media files to an SD card, and use the built-in storage manager to delete unnecessary files.
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, turn on the Wi-Fi toggle, select the desired network, and enter the password if required.
Clear app caches, uninstall unused apps, and consider performing a factory reset if the issue persists. Ensure the tablet's software is up-to-date.
Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you see an animation indicating a screenshot has been taken.
Locate the microSD card slot on the side of the tablet, open the cover, and insert the microSD card until it clicks into place. Close the cover securely.
