To perform a factory reset, turn off your laptop and then press the Novo button located next to the power button. Select 'System Recovery' from the Novo Button Menu and follow the on-screen instructions to restore the system to factory settings.
Your laptop may be running slowly due to excessive background applications, a fragmented hard drive, or malware. Consider closing unnecessary programs, running a disk cleanup and defragmentation, and scanning for malware.
You can update your drivers by visiting the Lenovo Support website, entering your laptop model, and downloading the latest drivers. Alternatively, use Lenovo Vantage software to automatically update drivers.
First, ensure the touch screen driver is up to date via Device Manager. If the problem persists, recalibrate the touch screen through Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Tablet PC Settings.
To improve battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, use battery saver mode, and close unnecessary background applications.
Ensure the laptop is charged, try a different power outlet, and perform a hard reset by unplugging the power adapter and battery, then press the power button for 30 seconds before reconnecting the power source.
Connect the external monitor to your laptop using an HDMI cable. Press 'Windows + P' to open the display options and select the desired display mode, such as 'Duplicate' or 'Extend'.
Overheating can be caused by dust buildup or high CPU usage. Clean the laptop vents with compressed air and check for unnecessary background processes using Task Manager to reduce CPU load.
To enable the backlit keyboard, press the 'Fn' key along with the 'Spacebar'. This combination toggles the keyboard backlight on and off.
First, ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your laptop. Restart your router and laptop, then update the wireless network driver via Device Manager. If the issue persists, try resetting the network settings.
