To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Under "Reset this PC", select "Get started" and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your device. Ensure you back up important data before proceeding.
Try charging your tablet for at least 30 minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, press and hold the power button for 10 seconds to force a restart. If the issue persists, check the charger and cable or contact Lenovo support.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, close unused apps, disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not needed, and use Battery Saver mode available in Settings > System > Battery.
Clear cache and unwanted files, uninstall unused apps, limit background processes, and ensure that your system is updated. You can also perform a disk cleanup and defragmentation.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Wi-Fi. Toggle Wi-Fi on, then select your desired network from the list and enter the password if required.
Open Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. Click on "Check for updates" and follow the prompts to download and install available updates. Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi and plugged into power.
Press and hold the "Windows" button and the "Volume Down" button simultaneously until the screen flashes, indicating a screenshot has been taken.
Restart the tablet to resolve temporary issues. If the problem persists, update the touchscreen drivers via Device Manager or consult Lenovo support for further assistance.
You can transfer files using a USB cable by connecting the tablet to your external device. Alternatively, use cloud services or Bluetooth for wireless transfers.
Insert a microSD card into the designated slot on the tablet to expand storage. Check the user manual for the supported capacity before purchasing a card.
