To perform a factory reset, go to 'Settings' > 'Update & security' > 'Recovery'. Under 'Reset this PC', click 'Get started' and choose 'Remove everything'. Follow the on-screen instructions. Ensure your data is backed up as this will erase all data.
Check if the tablet is charged by connecting it to a power source. If the LED indicator does not light up, try using a different charger or cable. If it still doesn't turn on, perform a hard reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds.
Swipe from the right edge of the screen to open the Action Center, then tap on 'Network'. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password if prompted.
Your tablet may be running slow due to insufficient storage or too many background applications. Free up space by deleting unnecessary files and uninstalling unused apps. Additionally, disable background apps by going to 'Settings' > 'Privacy' > 'Background apps'.
To update drivers, open 'Device Manager' by right-clicking on the Start button. Find the device you want to update, right-click it, and select 'Update driver'. Choose 'Search automatically for updated driver software'.
Restart the tablet to see if the issue resolves. If not, check for any software updates under 'Settings' > 'Update & Security'. If the problem persists, recalibrate the touchscreen by searching 'Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input' in the Control Panel.
Reduce screen brightness, close unused apps, and turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use. Use the 'Battery saver' mode available in 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Battery'.
The internal storage cannot be upgraded, but you can expand storage using a microSD card slot available on the device. Insert a microSD card to increase storage capacity.
Use a micro HDMI to HDMI cable to connect the tablet to an external display. Once connected, press 'Windows + P' and choose 'Duplicate' or 'Extend' to project the screen.
Ensure the tablet is placed on a hard, flat surface to allow proper ventilation. Close unused applications and avoid using the tablet while charging. If overheating persists, contact Lenovo support for assistance.
