First, check if the power cable is securely connected. Ensure the power outlet is working by testing it with another device. If the issue persists, try a different power cable or contact Lenovo support for further assistance.
To reset to factory settings, go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Under 'Reset this PC', select 'Get started' and choose 'Remove everything' to perform a full reset. Ensure to back up your data before proceeding.

Connect the first monitor to the HDMI port and the second monitor to the DisplayPort. Once connected, configure the display settings in Windows by right-clicking on the desktop, selecting 'Display settings', and arranging the monitors as desired.
Check that the audio cables are connected properly and the audio settings in Windows are configured correctly. Ensure that the sound is not muted and the correct playback device is selected. Update audio drivers if necessary.
Power off and unplug the computer. Open the side panel and use compressed air to gently remove dust from internal components, including fans and heat sinks. Avoid touching any components with your hands.
Unplug the computer and open the side panel. Locate the hard drive bay, unscrew and disconnect the existing hard drive. Insert the new hard drive, secure it with screws, and reconnect the cables. Close the panel and power on the computer.
Consider upgrading the RAM and storage to SSD. Regularly update your operating system and drivers, and remove unnecessary programs and files to free up resources. Adjust power settings to 'High Performance'.
Ensure that the computer is placed in a well-ventilated area. Clean any dust from the vents and fans. Consider using a cooling pad or external fan to improve airflow. Check that all fans are functioning properly.
