To extend the battery life, adjust the power settings to a balanced or power-saving mode, reduce screen brightness, and close unnecessary background applications. Regularly update drivers and perform battery calibration when needed.
First, check the power connection and ensure the battery is charged. Try a power reset by removing the battery and AC adapter, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Reattach the battery and adapter and attempt to power on.
Improve performance by upgrading RAM, cleaning up disk space, uninstalling unused programs, and performing regular virus scans. Consider using SSD instead of HDD for faster data access.
Visit the Lenovo Support website, enter your laptop's model number, and download the latest drivers. Alternatively, use Lenovo Vantage or Device Manager in Windows to check for updates.
Power off the laptop and disconnect all cables. Remove the battery and unscrew the keyboard screws from the bottom. Carefully detach the keyboard by releasing the clips and disconnect the ribbon cable. Replace with a new keyboard and reassemble.
Restart your laptop and router. Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled and check for driver updates. Use Windows Network Troubleshooter and verify network settings. Reset the network adapter if issues persist.
Back up your data first. Restart the laptop and press the Novo button to enter the recovery menu. Select "System Recovery" and follow the on-screen instructions to perform a factory reset.
Turn off the laptop and disconnect all power sources. Use a can of compressed air to blow out dust from the vents and fan area. Avoid using a vacuum cleaner or liquid cleaners.
Update the graphics driver and ensure the screen resolution is set correctly. Check for loose cables or hardware issues. If the problem persists, consider seeking professional repair service.
Restart the laptop and enter BIOS by pressing F2 during boot. Navigate to the "Configuration" tab and enable "Intel Virtualization Technology." Save changes and exit BIOS.
