Ensure the power cable is securely connected, try a different power outlet, and hold the power button for 10 seconds to reset. If the issue persists, consider checking the power supply or contacting support.
To perform a factory reset, go to 'Settings' > 'Update & Security' > 'Recovery' and select 'Get Started' under 'Reset this PC'. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

First, power off and unplug the computer. Remove the back cover to access the RAM slots. Insert compatible RAM modules into the slots until they click into place. Reattach the cover and power on the computer to ensure it recognizes the new RAM.
Ensure the computer is on a flat, hard surface to allow proper ventilation. Clean any dust from vents and fans. Check running processes for high CPU usage and consider using cooling pads if necessary.
Visit the Lenovo Support website, enter your model number, and navigate to the 'Drivers & Software' section. Download and install the latest drivers for your device. Alternatively, use Windows Update to check for driver updates.
Try restarting the computer and checking for driver updates. Inspect the USB ports for physical damage and attempt to use different USB devices. If the problem continues, consider checking the motherboard connections or seeking professional repair.
Clear unnecessary files and programs, disable startup programs, and run regular malware scans. Consider upgrading hardware components such as RAM or switching to an SSD for faster performance.
Right-click on the desktop and select 'Display settings'. From there, you can adjust the resolution, orientation, and scaling to suit your preference.
