To perform a factory reset, turn off the laptop and then turn it on while pressing the 'OneKey Recovery' button located next to the power button. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore to factory settings.
Ensure the power adapter is connected properly. Try a different power outlet. If the battery is removable, try removing it and holding the power button for 30 seconds before reconnecting.
