First, check if the touchpad is disabled by pressing the function key (usually F6 or F8) that toggles the touchpad. Update or reinstall the touchpad driver via 'Device Manager'.
Turn off the laptop and disconnect all cables. Remove the back panel using a screwdriver. Locate the RAM slot and carefully insert the new RAM module. Replace the panel and power on the laptop to ensure it's recognized.
Check if the sound is muted or the volume is too low. Update the audio driver through 'Device Manager'. If the problem persists, run the audio troubleshooter in 'Settings' > 'Update & Security' > 'Troubleshoot'.
Visit the Lenovo support website and download the latest BIOS update for the B50-10. Follow the provided instructions carefully, ensuring the laptop is connected to a power source during the update process.
