To clean the milk frother, detach it from the machine and rinse it under warm water. Use the Jura milk system cleaner to ensure all milk residues are removed.
Ensure that the temperature setting is set to maximum in the machine settings. Pre-warm your cups with hot water before brewing.
Use Jura's descaling tablets. Fill the water tank, dissolve a tablet in it, and follow the descaling procedure in the machine's menu.
Check if the water tank is empty or if the coffee grounds container is full. Also, ensure that the coffee spout is not clogged.
Change the water filter every 2 months or after 50 liters of water have been used to ensure optimal performance.
Use high-quality espresso or coffee beans. Avoid using beans that are oily as they can clog the grinder.
You can adjust the coffee strength through the machine's settings menu, selecting from options like mild, normal, or strong.
Ensure that there are no foreign objects in the grinder. If it's clogged, clean it with a brush. Adjust the grind setting if needed.
Access the maintenance menu on the display and select the option to reset to factory settings. Confirm your selection.
Clean the machine thoroughly, empty the water tank and the bean container, and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
