To descale the DeLonghi ECAM350.55.B, fill the water tank with a descaling solution and water, follow the machine prompts to start the descaling process, and rinse the machine thoroughly after the cycle is complete.
Ensure the machine is preheated, use pre-warmed cups, and check the temperature settings in the menu to adjust the coffee temperature to your preference.
Disassemble the milk frother parts and wash them with warm water and mild detergent. Use the automatic cleaning program if available, and always clean after each use to prevent blockages.
Check for blockages in the drip tray and water tank, ensure all parts are properly assembled, and inspect seals for damage. If the problem persists, contact DeLonghi customer support.
Access the machine's menu, navigate to the settings, and select the option to reset to factory settings. Confirm the selection when prompted.
Ensure the grinder is not blocked by coffee residues, check the grind setting, and make sure the bean container is properly positioned. If issues persist, consult the user manual or contact support.
To adjust the grind size, turn the dial inside the bean container while the grinder is in operation. Finer grounds are achieved by turning the dial to the right, and coarser grounds by turning it to the left.
Regular maintenance includes descaling, cleaning the milk system, emptying the drip tray and used coffee grounds container, and wiping the machine’s exterior. Refer to the manual for detailed instructions.
Use the machine's menu to set your preferred coffee strength, volume, and temperature. Save these settings under a user profile if your model supports it.
Check that the water tank is filled, ensure the coffee beans are not empty, and verify the brew group is inserted correctly. If the issue continues, perform a reset or contact support for assistance.
