To clean the filter, first ensure the machine is unplugged. Locate the filter access door at the bottom front of the machine. Open the door, unscrew the filter cap, and remove any debris. Rinse the filter under running water before replacing it securely.
Check if the machine is properly plugged in and the power socket is functioning. Ensure the door is closed securely. Verify that the water supply is turned on. If the issue persists, refer to the user manual for further troubleshooting steps.
Ensure the washing machine is level and stable. Adjust the feet if necessary. Avoid overloading the machine and distribute laundry evenly. Check for any loose items in the drum that could cause noise.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, drum, and filter. Run a maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner once a month. Inspect hoses for any signs of wear or leaks and replace if necessary.
Turn off the machine and unplug it. Check the drum for any visible objects. If the drum is still blocked, remove the back panel and manually turn the drum to locate and remove the obstruction.
Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages. Clean the filter to remove any debris. Ensure the pump is functioning correctly. If the problem persists, consult a professional technician.
Leave the door open after each wash to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the detergent drawer and door seal. Run an empty hot wash with a cup of white vinegar monthly to eliminate odors.
Ensure the cycle has completely finished and wait a few minutes for the lock to release. If it remains locked, unplug the machine and wait for a few minutes before attempting to open it again.
Ensure the washing machine is level and all four feet are in contact with the floor. Avoid overloading the machine, and ensure laundry is evenly distributed. Check for any loose transport bolts if the machine is new.
Use a commercial descaler or a mixture of white vinegar and baking soda. Run an empty hot wash with the descaling solution. Ensure the drum and detergent drawer are clean after the process.
