To start a washing cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, close the door securely, select the desired program using the control panel, and press the start button.
Check the power connection to ensure the machine is plugged in. Verify that the circuit breaker has not tripped. If the machine still does not turn on, consult the user manual or contact customer support for further assistance.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out gently. Wash it under warm water using a soft brush to remove any residue. Dry thoroughly before reinserting it into the washing machine.
Turn off the machine and unplug it. Open the filter access panel, usually located at the bottom front of the machine. Remove the filter and rinse it under running water to remove debris. Reinsert the filter and secure the access panel.
Check for blockages in the drain hose and filter. Ensure the hose is not kinked. Clean the filter as necessary. If the problem persists, contact a qualified technician for assistance.
Distribute clothes evenly around the drum without overloading. Ensure that larger items are balanced with smaller ones to prevent tangling and ensure efficient washing.
Select the drum cleaning program if available, or run an empty cycle with hot water and a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner to maintain hygiene.
Ensure the washing machine is level on the floor. Adjust the feet if necessary. Also, check that the load is balanced inside the drum.
Leave the door slightly ajar after each wash to allow air circulation. Regularly clean the drum and gasket, and avoid leaving wet laundry inside for extended periods.
Check if the machine has fully drained and the cycle is complete. Wait a few minutes for the door lock mechanism to release. If it remains locked, consult the manual or contact customer support.
