To avoid unbalanced loads, distribute clothes evenly around the drum. Avoid overloading and mix large and small items to ensure the load is balanced.
Check that the power cord is plugged in, the door is closed securely, and the water supply is turned on. Also, ensure that the selected program has been properly set.
The lint filter should be cleaned after every cycle to ensure efficient operation and to prevent blockages.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer, inspect and clean the drum, and check the hoses for leaks. Perform a drum clean cycle once a month to prevent mold and bacteria buildup.
Excessive vibration can be caused by an unbalanced load, worn shock absorbers, or an improperly leveled machine. Ensure the machine is on a flat surface and adjust the feet if necessary.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Clean the pump filter and ensure the drain hose is at the proper height. If the issue persists, the pump may need to be inspected.
Longer cycle times can result from low water pressure, excessive suds, or an unbalanced load. Ensure water pressure is adequate and use the recommended amount of detergent.
Use high-efficiency (HE) detergent for optimal performance and to prevent excess suds, which can affect cleaning efficiency.
Run an empty cycle with hot water and a cup of white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner to remove odors. Leave the door open between washes to allow the drum to dry.
Refer to the user manual for specific error code meanings and troubleshooting steps. Common solutions include resetting the machine, checking connections, and ensuring the water supply is on.
