To perform a factory reset, locate the reset button on the camera, press and hold it for 10 seconds until the LED indicator blinks, then release. This will restore the camera to its original factory settings.
Ensure that the Ethernet cable is properly connected. Check the network settings via the camera's web interface and verify that the IP address, gateway, and subnet mask are correctly configured.
To access the live feed remotely, configure port forwarding on your router to the camera’s IP address and access it using the external IP address followed by the designated port number.
Check the camera lens for dirt or smudges. Ensure the camera is set to the highest resolution in the settings. Verify that the network bandwidth is sufficient for high-quality video streaming.
Download the latest firmware from the Etrovision website, log into the camera's web interface, navigate to the firmware update section, and upload the new firmware file.
