Ensure the printer is powered on and connected to your computer or network. Check the printer status on the LCD screen for any error messages, ensure there is paper in the tray, and try restarting both the printer and your computer.
To perform a nozzle check, access the printer’s control panel, select 'Maintenance', and then choose 'Nozzle Check'. Follow the on-screen instructions to print a test pattern and verify the print quality.
From the printer's control panel, navigate to 'Maintenance', select 'Head Cleaning', and follow the prompts. After cleaning, perform a nozzle check to ensure the print head is clean.
Access the printer's control panel, select 'Wi-Fi Setup', choose 'Wi-Fi (Recommended)', and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network. Enter your network password if prompted.
Turn off the printer and gently remove any jammed paper from the paper path. Open and close the printer covers to ensure no paper is stuck inside, then reload the paper tray and turn the printer back on.
Ensure the printer is powered on, open the ink tank cover, unscrew the cap of the ink tank, and carefully pour the ink from the new bottle into the corresponding tank. Close the cap and cover securely.
You can check the ink levels from the printer's control panel by selecting 'Ink Levels'. The display will show the current ink status for each color.
Regularly clean the printer exterior, perform nozzle checks, and clean the print head if necessary. Also, ensure that the printer firmware is up-to-date for optimal performance.
Download the latest firmware from the Epson support website, connect the printer to your computer, and use the Epson Software Updater tool to install the firmware update. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
