To reset the Denon AVR-1312 to factory settings, turn off the unit. Press and hold the "Tuner Preset CH+" and "Tuner Preset CH-" buttons simultaneously, then press the "Power" button. Once the display starts flashing, release all buttons.
First, ensure all cables are connected properly. Check that the correct input source is selected. Verify that the mute function is not enabled and the volume is turned up. If using HDMI, ensure the proper HDMI input is selected.
The Denon AVR-1312 does not support firmware updates via network or USB. It is recommended to contact Denon support for further assistance if firmware updates are required.
The Denon AVR-1312 does not have built-in Bluetooth capability. You can connect a Bluetooth adapter to the auxiliary inputs to stream audio wirelessly.
Connect an HDMI cable from the HDMI OUT port on the AVR-1312 to an HDMI input on your TV. Ensure the AVR-1312 is set to the appropriate input source for the connected device.
For optimal sound, set the speaker configuration to match your setup (e.g., 5.1). Use the built-in Audyssey MultEQ to calibrate the speakers. Adjust levels and distances as needed manually for personal preference.
To manually calibrate speakers, press the "Setup" button on the remote. Navigate to "Speaker Setup" and adjust the speaker levels, distances, and crossover settings according to your room's acoustics.
The Denon AVR-1312 has a power output of 75 watts per channel at 8 ohms, 20 Hz - 20 kHz, with 0.08% THD.
Ensure HDMI cables are securely connected. Try different HDMI cables to rule out cable issues. Verify that the TV and source device settings match the AVR's input. Power cycle all devices and try a different HDMI port if necessary.
The Denon AVR-1312 does not have pre-out connections for an external amplifier. External amplifiers cannot be connected directly to this model.
