To set up your C1STB10, connect the box to your TV using an HDMI or SCART cable. Plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet and turn on the box. Follow the on-screen instructions to scan for channels.
Ensure that the power adapter is securely connected to both the box and the power outlet. Check that the outlet is working by testing with another device. If the problem persists, try using a different power adapter.
Ensure your antenna is correctly positioned and connected. Try repositioning the antenna for better reception. You may also need to rescan for channels after adjusting the antenna.
First, check the antenna connection. If it is secure, perform a channel scan through the menu settings. If channels are still not found, reposition the antenna or try using a signal booster.
Go to the settings menu, select 'System Setup', and choose 'Factory Reset'. Confirm the reset when prompted. This will erase all settings and channels, returning the device to its original state.
The C1STB10 does not have built-in recording capabilities. You will need an external device with recording features if you wish to record shows.
Firmware updates are typically performed automatically when the device is connected to the internet. Check the settings menu to ensure automatic updates are enabled.
Ensure the audio cables are connected properly. Check the volume settings on both the TV and set-top box. If using HDMI, ensure your TV is set to the correct HDMI input.
Replace the batteries in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the set-top box. If the problem persists, try resetting the remote by removing the batteries and pressing all buttons for a few seconds before reinserting them.
The C1STB10 does not have internet connectivity options. It is designed for receiving terrestrial TV signals without internet features.
