To program the tax rate, turn the key to the 'PGM' position. Navigate to 'Tax' settings, enter the desired tax rate, and confirm by pressing the 'CA/AMT' button.
Ensure the cash register is plugged in and switched on. If the drawer still won't open, use the emergency lever located underneath the register.
Turn the key to the 'OFF' position, then hold the 'CLEAR' button while turning the key to 'PGM'. Release the button to reset the register. Note: This will erase all data.
Open the printer cover, remove the empty roll, and insert a new roll with the paper feeding from the bottom. Close the cover and press the 'FEED' button to ensure proper alignment.
Error code E001 indicates a registration error. Check if the transaction process was interrupted and clear the error by pressing 'CANCEL' and then 'CLEAR'.
In 'PGM' mode, select 'PLU' programming. Enter the item code, price, and description, then save the entry by pressing 'CA/AMT'.
Switch the key to the 'Z' position and press the 'CASH' button. The register will print the report summarizing the day's sales.
Verify that the power cord is securely connected and the outlet is functional. Also, check the power switch on the register is turned on.
In 'PGM' mode, navigate to 'Date/Time' settings. Enter the new date and time using the keypad and confirm with the 'CA/AMT' button.
To clear past sales data, turn the key to 'Z' and press 'CASH'. This will reset the totals without affecting programmed data.
