To perform a basic transaction, enter the item price using the numeric keypad, press the appropriate department key, and repeat for additional items. Press the subtotal key, enter the amount tendered by the customer, and press the cash, credit, or check key to complete the sale.
To change a department name, enter the programming mode by turning the key to ‘P’. Select ‘System Setting’ and navigate to ‘Department’. Enter the new name using the keypad and save the changes.
Most error codes can be resolved by pressing the clear (C) button. If the issue persists, consult the user manual for specific error codes or perform a system reset.
Turn the mode key to the 'Z' position and press the cash key to print a daily sales report. For periodic reports, configure the settings in the programming mode.

Regularly clean the cash register with a soft, dry cloth, replace the paper roll promptly, and check for firmware updates. Conduct periodic checks on keys and buttons for wear and tear.
