To load paper, open the paper tray, adjust the paper guides to fit the paper size, place the paper stack into the tray, and close the tray. Ensure the paper is not exceeding the maximum fill line.
First, turn off the printer and locate the jammed paper. Carefully remove the paper without tearing it. Check all accessible areas for any remaining bits of paper and restart the printer.
