To extend the battery life, reduce screen brightness, limit background app activity, use battery saver mode, and disable unnecessary connectivity features like Bluetooth and GPS when not in use.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different charger. Clean the charging port to remove dust or debris, and restart the device. If the problem persists, contact ASUS support.
Go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm the action. Ensure you back up your data before proceeding, as this will erase all personal information.
Your phone might be running slow due to too many background apps, insufficient storage space, or outdated software. Try clearing the cache, uninstalling unused apps, and updating to the latest software version.
Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for a few seconds until the screen flashes, indicating a screenshot has been taken.
Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone and that you are within range. Restart your router and phone, forget the network and reconnect, and check for any software updates.
Go to Settings > System > System updates. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it. Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life.
Go to Settings > About phone and tap on 'Build number' seven times until you see a message confirming developer mode is enabled. Developer options will now appear in the System settings.
Use a microfiber cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen cleaner. Gently wipe the screen in a circular motion. Avoid using paper towels, rough fabrics, or chemical cleaners that may damage the screen.
Ensure the camera lens is clean, use the highest resolution settings, enable image stabilization, and update the camera app. Experiment with manual settings to adjust exposure, ISO, and focus for better results.
