To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your choice and the phone will reset to factory settings.
Quick battery drain can be caused by apps running in the background, screen brightness set too high, or outdated software. Consider closing background apps, reducing brightness, and updating the software.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound or see an animation on the screen. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery.
Ensure the charging cable and adapter are functioning. Try a different power outlet or cable. If the issue persists, check for debris in the charging port or contact ASUS support.
