To reset your ASUS ZenFone Go to factory settings, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your selection and the phone will reset to its original settings.
If your phone won't charge, check the charger and cable for damage, try a different power outlet, and clean the charging port of any debris. If the problem persists, consider replacing the charger or cable.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound or see a visual confirmation.
Your phone may be slow due to background apps or low storage. Try clearing the cache, closing unused apps, or uninstalling apps you don't need. Restarting the phone can also help.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use, enable battery saver mode, and restrict background data for non-essential apps.
If your phone keeps restarting, check for software updates, remove the battery (if possible) and reinsert it, and uninstall recent apps that may cause instability. If the issue continues, perform a factory reset.
To update the software, go to Settings > About phone > System update. Check for updates and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install any available updates.
If the touchscreen is unresponsive, restart the phone, ensure the screen is clean and dry, and try removing any screen protectors. If the problem persists, a factory reset or professional repair may be necessary.
You can transfer data using the ASUS Data Transfer app, Google Backup, or third-party apps like SHAREit. Follow the specific app instructions to move contacts, messages, photos, and other data.
Check if Wi-Fi is enabled on your phone, restart the device, and try connecting to the network again. Also, restart your router and ensure the correct Wi-Fi password is being used.
