To enable Developer Options, go to Settings > About > Software information. Tap 'Build number' seven times. You will see a message indicating Developer Options have been enabled.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for any obvious damage. Try using a different charger. If the problem persists, clean the charging port with a soft brush or compressed air as dust might obstruct charging.
Press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously for about two seconds. The screen will flash, indicating that a screenshot has been taken.

Ensure your router is working properly and is within range. Restart your phone and router. Go to Settings > Network & internet > Wi-Fi, forget the network, and reconnect.
Free up space by deleting unused apps, clearing app cache in Settings > Apps, and transferring photos or videos to an external storage or cloud service.
