To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm the reset by following the on-screen instructions. Note that this process will erase all data on your phone.
First, ensure the battery is charged by connecting the phone to a charger. If it still doesn't turn on, try performing a soft reset by holding down the power button for about 10-15 seconds.
To improve battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable background apps, turn off location services when not needed, and use power-saving modes available in the settings.
Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until you see an animation indicating a screenshot has been taken.
Try clearing the cache, uninstalling unused apps, and ensuring that the software is up-to-date. You can also perform a factory reset for a fresh start if needed.
To update the software, go to Settings > About phone > System update. Check for updates and follow the instructions to download and install any available updates.
Delete unused apps, move media files to an external SD card, and use the built-in storage manager to clear cached data and unnecessary files.

Turn off the device, remove the back cover, locate the SIM card slot, and insert the SIM card with the gold contacts facing down. Replace the back cover and turn on the device.
