To take a screenshot, press and hold the Volume Down and Power buttons simultaneously until you see the screen flash. The screenshot will be saved in the Gallery app under Screenshots.
First, ensure the battery is charged. Connect the phone to a charger and wait for a few minutes. If it still doesn't turn on, perform a hard reset by pressing and holding the Power button for at least 10 seconds.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, and enable battery saver mode under Settings > Battery. Also, close apps running in the background that you don't need.
To update the software, go to Settings > About phone > System updates. Tap 'Check for Updates' and follow the on-screen instructions if an update is available. Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi and has sufficient battery life.
If your phone is overheating, remove any case, close unused apps, and avoid using the phone while charging. Let it cool down in a well-ventilated area. If the problem persists, contact ASUS support.
To reset the phone to factory settings, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Follow the prompts to erase all data. Make sure to back up important data as this process will delete everything on the device.
Free up storage by deleting unused apps, clearing cache, and moving files to a microSD card. Go to Settings > Storage to manage your files and see what is taking up space.
Use the ASUS Data Transfer app or Google Account sync to transfer contacts, photos, and other data from your old phone. Install the app and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transfer.
For better camera quality, ensure the lens is clean, use the HDR mode in low light, and adjust the camera settings for resolution and focus. Consider using third-party camera apps for enhanced features.
If your phone is slow, try restarting it, clearing app cache, and removing unused apps. Check for software updates under Settings > About phone > System updates, and consider a factory reset if issues persist.
