To connect to a Wi-Fi network, click on the network icon in the taskbar, select the desired Wi-Fi network, and enter the password if prompted.
Ensure the laptop is charged by connecting it to a power source. Press and hold the power button for about 10 seconds to perform a hard reset. If it still doesn't turn on, try removing any connected peripherals and attempt to boot again.
To improve battery life, reduce screen brightness, close unnecessary applications, disable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not needed, and use the power saver mode available in Windows.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Under 'Reset this PC', click 'Get started' and follow the on-screen instructions to reset your laptop.

Check the volume settings, ensure the correct playback device is selected, and update the audio drivers. If the issue continues, run the audio troubleshooter in Windows.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen cleaner. Gently wipe the screen and keyboard. For the keyboard, you can use compressed air to remove dust from between the keys.
The RAM on the ASUS Zenbook UX301LA is soldered to the motherboard and is not upgradeable.
