To adjust the screen brightness, press the Menu button located on the bottom of the monitor. Navigate to the Brightness setting using the arrow keys and adjust the level to your preference.
Check the power connection and ensure that the power cable is securely connected. Verify that the monitor is turned on by checking the power LED indicator. Also, ensure that the video cable is properly connected to both the monitor and the computer.
Press the Input Select button on the monitor to toggle between different video input sources such as HDMI and VGA.
Ensure that the monitor resolution is set to its native resolution of 1920x1080 in your computer's display settings. Check the video cable for any damage or loose connections.
Connect the monitor to your PC using an HDMI cable, which carries both video and audio signals. Ensure that the monitor is selected as the audio output device in your computer's sound settings.
Press the Menu button and navigate to the System Setup section. Select 'Reset' to restore the monitor to its factory default settings.
Turn off and unplug the monitor. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water to gently wipe the screen. Avoid using chemical cleaners or rough materials.
Check that the volume is not muted and is turned up in both the monitor settings and your computer's audio settings. Also, ensure that the audio cable (if using VGA) or HDMI cable is correctly connected.
Enable the Blue Light Filter feature through the monitor's menu settings. Adjust the brightness and contrast to comfortable levels and take regular breaks to rest your eyes.
Access the Color Management settings in the monitor's menu and adjust the color temperature and color balance settings. You can also use a calibration tool for more precise adjustments.
