To adjust the brightness and contrast, press the Menu button on the monitor to open the OSD (On-Screen Display) menu. Navigate to the 'Color' section using the Arrow buttons, and you will find options to adjust both brightness and contrast.
First, check that all cables are securely connected. Ensure the monitor is powered on. If the problem persists, try connecting the monitor to a different computer to rule out any PC-related issues. If none of these steps work, reset the monitor to factory settings through the OSD menu.
