To perform a factory reset, restart your laptop and press 'F9' during boot-up to enter the recovery partition. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore your laptop to factory settings.
Ensure the battery is charged or connect the laptop to a power source. Hold the power button for 10 seconds to perform a hard reset. If the issue persists, check the power adapter and try a different outlet.
