Ensure the charger and cable are working by testing with another device. Check the charging port for debris and clean it carefully if needed. If the problem persists, try a different power outlet or consider replacing the charger.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your choice and the tablet will erase all data and restore to factory settings. Ensure you back up important data before proceeding.
Your tablet may be running slow due to too many apps running simultaneously, low storage, or outdated software. Close unused apps, clear cache, free up storage space, and ensure the software is up to date.
To connect to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, turn on Wi-Fi if it's off, and select the desired network from the list. Enter the password if required and tap Connect.
To update the software, go to Settings > About > System Update, and follow the prompts to check for updates. If an update is available, download and install it. Ensure your device is charged and connected to Wi-Fi.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you see a capture animation on the screen. The screenshot will be saved in your Gallery.
If your tablet freezes, try performing a soft reset by holding the Power button until the device restarts. If the issue persists, consider uninstalling recently installed apps or performing a factory reset.
Connect your tablet to the computer using a USB cable. Select 'File Transfer' or 'MTP' mode on your tablet. Your device should appear on the computer, allowing you to transfer files.
To enable Developer Options, go to Settings > About tablet and tap 'Build number' seven times. Developer Options will then appear in the main settings menu.
