Ensure that the charger is properly connected to both the tablet and the power outlet. Try using a different power outlet or charger. If the problem persists, check for debris in the charging port or consider replacing the cable.
To perform a factory reset, navigate to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your choice and wait for the device to reset. Ensure all important data is backed up before proceeding.
To update the software, go to Settings > About tablet > System updates. Check for updates and follow the on-screen instructions to download and install any available updates.
To extend battery life, reduce screen brightness, disable unnecessary apps running in the background, and turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use. Consider enabling battery saver mode through Settings.
Clear cached data by going to Settings > Storage > Cached data. Consider uninstalling unused apps and restarting the device regularly. Ensure your device has enough free storage space.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound or see a screenshot animation.
Check if the device is charged. Try performing a soft reset by holding the Power button for 10-15 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, try charging it for at least 30 minutes before attempting to power it on again.
Connect the tablet to your computer using a USB cable. Select "File Transfer" or "MTP" mode on the tablet. Your device should appear on the computer, allowing you to drag and drop files.
Ensure the Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable. Forget the network and reconnect, ensuring the correct password is used. Restart both the router and the tablet. Check for router firmware updates or interference from other devices.
