First, ensure that the touchscreen drivers are up-to-date. If the issue persists, restart the laptop and check the touchscreen settings in the Control Panel. If none of these steps work, perform a system reset.
To update the BIOS, visit the ASUS Support website, download the latest BIOS update for the TAICHI 21, and follow the included instructions to execute the update process. Ensure your laptop is plugged into a power source during the update.
To maintain battery health, avoid letting the battery drain completely. Keep it charged between 20% and 80%. Also, avoid exposing the laptop to extreme temperatures and use power-saving settings when possible.
To improve performance, ensure your operating system and drivers are up-to-date. Disable unnecessary startup programs, clear temporary files, and consider upgrading the RAM if possible.
Slow performance can be due to various reasons including low disk space, malware, or outdated software. Run a full system scan for malware, clean up the hard drive, and ensure all software is updated.
Use the micro HDMI port or a mini VGA adapter to connect your laptop to an external display. Once connected, use the Display settings to configure the display preferences.
Check the power connection and ensure the battery is charged. Try a hard reset by holding the power button for 10 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, consider removing and reinserting the battery or consult ASUS support.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Choose 'Reset this PC' and select whether to keep or remove your files. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
Ensure the Wi-Fi is enabled and airplane mode is off. Restart the router and the laptop. Update the network drivers and run the Windows Network Troubleshooter. If issues persist, reset the network settings.
