To install additional RAM, first power down the server and unplug it. Remove the top cover to access the motherboard. Locate the DIMM slots and insert the RAM modules in the correct orientation. Ensure they are securely seated before replacing the cover and powering on the server.
Download the latest BIOS update from the ASUS support website. Copy the BIOS file to a USB drive. Reboot the server and enter the BIOS setup. Use the ASUS EZ Flash utility to select the BIOS file from the USB drive and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
First, check all cable connections and ensure that hardware components are properly seated. Verify that there are no error messages on the POST screen. If the server still does not boot, reset the BIOS settings to default and try booting again.
Perform regular maintenance every 3 to 6 months, including cleaning dust from the server, checking and tightening cable connections, and verifying that the cooling fans are operating correctly. Also, update software and firmware as needed.

Ensure that the server is in a well-ventilated area and that all fans are operational. Clean any dust from the interior and check for blockages in airflow. If necessary, replace faulty fans and consider additional cooling solutions.
Access the BIOS setup during boot and look for an option to reset to default factory settings. Confirm the reset and save changes before exiting the BIOS. Note that this will not affect data on the hard drives.
