To improve battery performance, reduce screen brightness, enable battery saver mode, and close unused apps running in the background. Additionally, keep the device's software updated to the latest version.
First, check the charging cable and adapter for damage. Try using a different charger or cable. Clean the charging port of any debris and ensure it is dry. If the problem persists, consider a factory reset or contact ASUS support.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the Power button and Volume Down button simultaneously until you hear a shutter sound or see a visual indication. The screenshot will be saved in the gallery.
The ASUS ROG Phone 5s does not support external microSD card expansion. However, you can use cloud storage services or USB OTG to increase storage capacity.
Use a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth to clean the screen and body. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as they may damage the phone's surface.
To enable Game Mode, open the Armoury Crate app and select the desired game from the list. Adjust the settings to optimize performance and enable game-specific enhancements.
Overheating can occur due to prolonged gaming sessions or high-performance settings. Ensure your phone is in a well-ventilated area and consider using an external cooling accessory like the AeroActive Cooler.
To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset). Confirm the action and wait for the phone to reset. This will erase all data, so ensure backups are made beforehand.
Try clearing cache data, uninstalling unused apps, and disabling background processes. Restarting the phone or performing a factory reset can also help improve performance.
To update the software, go to Settings > System > System updates. The phone will check for available updates and prompt you to download and install them if any are found.
