Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the monitor and a working power outlet. Check if the power button is pressed properly. If the issue persists, try a different power outlet or a replacement power cable.
The monitor offers multiple input ports including HDMI, DisplayPort, and Thunderbolt 3. Use the appropriate cables to connect your devices and switch between inputs using the monitor's on-screen menu.
Turn off the monitor and unplug it. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild screen-cleaning solution. Gently wipe the screen without applying too much pressure.
Ensure the audio cable is properly connected if using an audio source. Check the volume settings on both the monitor and the connected device. Verify that the correct audio output is selected in the device's settings.
To enable HDR, ensure your content and graphics card support HDR. Go to the monitor's settings menu, navigate to the HDR settings, and enable HDR. Adjust your OS display settings to use HDR output as well.
Visit the ASUS support website to download the latest firmware. Copy the firmware file to a USB drive. Insert the USB drive into the monitor's USB port, then navigate to the firmware update section in the monitor's menu and follow the instructions.
Use the on-screen display menu to adjust brightness, contrast, and color temperature. Enable blue light filter modes if available to reduce eye strain. Adjust the monitor's height, tilt, and swivel for ergonomic comfort.
Check that the video cable is securely connected to both the monitor and the computer. Ensure the source device is powered on and set to output video. Try using a different cable or port if the problem persists.
Access the on-screen display menu, navigate to the system settings, and select the factory reset option. Confirm the reset to restore the monitor to its default settings.
