First, check the power cable connections and ensure the power button is pressed. Try a different power outlet or cable if possible. If the issue persists, consider contacting ASUS support.
To enable FreeSync, access the monitor's on-screen display (OSD) menu, navigate to the Image section, and make sure FreeSync is set to ON. Also, enable FreeSync in your graphics card settings.
Ensure the monitor is set to its native resolution of 1920x1080 and check the cable connections. Blurriness can also result from incorrect sharpness settings in the OSD menu.

For gaming, use the GameVisual mode set to FPS or RTS/RPG, enable FreeSync if supported, and set the refresh rate to 144Hz. Adjust brightness and contrast to suit your environment.
To reduce input lag, ensure the monitor is set to Game mode under the GameVisual settings, disable V-Sync in your game settings, and use a high refresh rate.
The ASUS MG248Q Monitor offers HDMI, DisplayPort, and DVI-D ports. Ensure you use a compatible cable for your setup to achieve the best performance.
Turn off and unplug the monitor. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a cleaning solution specifically designed for electronics. Gently wipe the screen to remove dust and smudges.
