To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm your selection to reset the device to its original settings.
If your device does not turn on, try charging it for at least 15 minutes and then attempt to power it on. If it still does not turn on, perform a hard reset by pressing and holding the power button and volume down button simultaneously for about 10 seconds.
To improve battery life, reduce screen brightness, turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not in use, and close background apps. Additionally, enable the power saving mode in settings.
Your device may run slowly due to too many apps running in the background. Try clearing the cache, uninstalling unused apps, and restarting the device. If the issue persists, consider a factory reset.
To take a screenshot, press and hold the power button and volume down button simultaneously until you see a capture animation on the screen.
Connect your Fonepad to the computer using a USB cable. Select 'File Transfer' from the USB options on your device. Your device should appear on the computer, allowing you to drag and drop files.
First, ensure all apps and the operating system are updated to the latest version. Try clearing the app cache or data via Settings > Apps. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the problematic app.
To update the firmware, go to Settings > About > System update. If an update is available, follow the on-screen instructions to download and install it.
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and ensure Wi-Fi is turned on. Select your network from the list and enter your password to connect.
Ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled and airplane mode is off. Restart your device and router. Forget the Wi-Fi network and reconnect by entering the password again. If the issue persists, check for firmware updates.
