To reset your ASUS ET2230INK to factory settings, go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery. Under 'Reset this PC', click 'Get Started' and follow the instructions to complete the reset.
Check the power cable and ensure it is securely connected. Try using a different power outlet. If the problem persists, remove any external devices and try again. If it still doesn't power on, contact ASUS support.
