To perform a factory reset, turn off your computer, then turn it back on and press F9 during boot. Follow the on-screen instructions to reset the system to its original factory settings.
First, ensure that the power cable is securely connected to both the computer and the power outlet. Check for any visible damage to the cable. If the problem persists, try using a different power outlet or cable.
