To perform a factory reset, restart your computer and press F9 when the ASUS logo appears. Follow the on-screen instructions to restore the system to its original factory settings.
Ensure that your touchscreen drivers are up to date. You can check for updates in the Device Manager under 'Human Interface Devices'. Reinstall the drivers if necessary.
To upgrade the RAM, turn off your computer and unplug it. Open the back panel and locate the RAM slots. Gently insert the new RAM module into an available slot and secure the panel back in place.
Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a screen cleaner. Gently wipe the screen in a circular motion to avoid streaks.
Check that the power cable is securely connected and plugged into a working outlet. Try pressing the power button for 10 seconds to reset it. If the issue persists, consider checking the power supply unit.
Connect the second monitor to the computer using an HDMI or VGA cable. Press the Windows key + P to access the display settings and select the desired display mode.
Consider upgrading the RAM and using an SSD for faster performance. Regularly clean out unused files and programs to keep the system running smoothly.
Check the sound settings to ensure the correct playback device is selected. Update the audio drivers through Device Manager, and ensure the speakers are not muted.
Click on the network icon in the taskbar, select your wireless network, and enter the password if prompted. Ensure that the Wi-Fi is enabled on your device.
Turn off the computer and disconnect all cables. Open the back panel, remove the screws holding the hard drive in place, and gently slide it out. Replace it with the new hard drive and secure it with screws.
