Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is operational and the signal is strong. Check that the camera is within range of the Wi-Fi router. Restart both the camera and your router, and attempt to reconnect.
Locate the reset button on the camera, usually found at the bottom or back. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until the camera restarts. This will reset all settings to factory defaults.
Check the Amcrest website or app for any available firmware updates. Download the update file and follow the provided instructions to install it via the app or web interface.
Ensure your internet connection is stable and has sufficient bandwidth. Reduce the number of devices connected to your network or lower the video quality settings within the camera app.
Open the Amcrest app and navigate to the camera settings. Enable motion detection and configure the sensitivity and alert preferences according to your needs.
The Amcrest ATC-802 Camera features infrared night vision with a range of up to 32 feet, allowing for clear video capture in low-light conditions.
Recorded footage can be stored on a microSD card inserted into the camera or uploaded to Amcrest's cloud storage. Access the footage through the app or by connecting the microSD card to a computer.
Regularly clean the camera lens with a soft cloth, check for firmware updates, and ensure that the camera's housing is free of dust and debris.
Ensure the camera's microphone and speaker are unobstructed. Check the app settings for audio configurations and ensure the volume is turned up. If issues persist, restart the camera and update firmware if necessary.
